 13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. NKJV<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words of the Ministry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week, we considered the theme, the 10 Virgins and we saw the importance of having extra oil in our vessels. We learnt that the vessel is the soul and the oil the Holy Spirit. We saw the need to grow in life to ensure we don\u2019t just have the spirit of God trapped in our spirit but to allow a free flow of the spirit to saturate our soul by overcoming the self and to eventually transform our bodies that was previously the flesh. God\u2019s salvation is incomplete in our lives if all we celebrate is that I accepted the Lord as my savior. It could be likened to a new born, the hope of the parent is that the child would grow by the day, taking little steps that later becomes giant steps, making sound and later begins to communicate, taking milk, pap and later begins to eat solid food. No parent would be happy if after 20 or 30 year, his or her baby remain a baby, crawling, taking milk and not able to speak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rom. 8.30 says \u201c30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. \u201cOur destiny is glorification to be like Christ, on the mount of transfiguration (Mat 17:1-2), this would eventually occur as we walk with the lord during the rapture. To ensure we attain this height, he has put his seed in us as we read in Col 1:27 \u201c27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.\u201d In other words, the Holy Spirit in us is Christ and he is the seed of glorification, the more we deny our self by bowing our will, the more we become like him being transformed unto his likeness day by day. Paul speaking about this said in Gal 4:19<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19 My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you. To be formed in you doesn\u2019t meant to be born again or have the holy spirit in our spirit rather it is that the holy spirit of Christ would be formed in our being, our souls would be saturated till we are in his likeness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saints, don\u2019t be deceived by the \u201cit doesn\u2019t matter \u201csermons being preached, the compromise being paraded, and the so called grace message being promoted in this age. Many have developed itching ears and the devil has organized false teachers to help propagate the gospel of Satan which the apostles call another gospel. Our God is Holy and expects us to be Holy, we must make deliberate efforts to obey him, it is not works but the enabling power of grace. If a believer remains carnal like the Church at Corinth, such a person would lose his or her reward and have to suffer in outer darkness. We must watch and pray as the coming of the Lord is at hand. May the Lord grant us light. Please keep in mind our monthly Peniel meet coming up nect week Sunday by 4pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
